Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Uniwords ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Uniwords is a word puzzle game available on iOS and Android. The App allows users to form words from given letters across 9 languages, compete on leaderboards, challenge other players, and build their vocabulary. Some features require in-app purchases.

Account & Registration

• •You may begin using the App anonymously without creating an account. Anonymous accounts have limited features.
• •After playing 3 games, you will be prompted to link your account with Google, Apple, or Email to save your progress permanently.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

• •Uniwords uses a virtual currency called Tokens. Tokens can be purchased with real money through the App Store or Google Play.
• •All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
• •Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be sold, traded, or transferred to another user.
• •Tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active. Tokens may be forfeited if your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms.

User Conduct

• •You may not use automation, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
• •You may not harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the chat or social features.
• •You may not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the App. Please report any found vulnerabilities to support@uniwords.app.
• •You may not impersonate any other user, staff member, or public figure.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, is the property of Uniwords and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of data or in-game progress due to technical issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
