You can request the deletion of your Uniwords account and all associated data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.
How to Delete Your Account

Send a deletion request via email
Email us from the address linked to your account. Include your in-app username if possible.

We'll verify your identity
To protect your account, we may ask for a brief confirmation that you are the account owner.

Your account is deleted within 30 days
Once verified, all personal data is permanently removed. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- ✕User profile (name, avatar, bio)
- ✕Game history and scores
- ✕Word collection and showcase
- ✕Achievements and badges
- ✕Token balance and purchase history
- ✕Leaderboard entries
Data temporarily retained
- ◌Anonymized aggregate gameplay statistics
Retained data contains no personal identifiers and is automatically deleted within 30 days.
